Terms of sale and license
These terms cover the digital products sold by Ship to Devs: The Developer Launch Kit, The Security Review Kit, The API Pricing Kit and the bundles of them.
Who sells to you
Orders are processed by Polar, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller on your receipt. It runs checkout, takes payment, collects and pays sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Polar's own terms also apply to your purchase. Ship to Devs creates the products and supports you in using them.
What you get
A one-time download of the kit you bought: Markdown files, PDFs, a spreadsheet where included, and agent skill folders. Each product page lists exactly what's in the kit. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Your license
- Single licenses (every kit except the Team edition) are for one person. Use the kit for your own products and your employer's or clients' products.
- The Developer Launch Kit: Team is for up to 10 people at one company. You may keep it in a private shared repository for those people.
- You may copy, edit and adapt the templates, prompts and agent skills into your own documents, pages and code, and publish what you make with them.
- You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the kit itself, or publish it as your own guide, template pack or course.
Agent skills
The agent skills write drafts for you to review. They don't publish, send, change billing or contact anyone. You're responsible for checking anything an agent drafts before you use it.
Not professional advice
The kits are practical guidance from a developer-platform product marketer. They aren't legal, tax, accounting, financial, security or compliance advice. Relaywire and the other example companies are fictional, and their numbers are illustrative.
Refunds

No warranty
The kits are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Ship to Devs isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them, and its total liability is limited to the price you paid.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
